So sup, I bumped a glass and managed to spill it only into the button area of my tablet. The thing is wonky as fuck now and I'm letting it dry.


But it's soda, so it's sticky and messy and acidic, so I'm terrified it ruined my baby. ;o; It's not even a year old and the thing has scratches (from the pen, no less e_e) in the face and the usb has always been faulty. I'm wondering if I can't just say the usb went bad and it never coordinates with my screen right and just send it in for a new one. Has anyone sent theirs in? Are they lenient? I've heard wacoms and their intuos' especially can take a lot of beating, but this was a freak thing.

I know there's probably some shit I didn't do that they'll shove in my face so I'll have to buy a new one. Which is bullshit, it's been acting up in timely fashions since I got it, but I dealt with it because I could never install the actual disk drivers for any odd reason. I really can't afford another 300 dollar plus tablet right now and school is in the fall.

I'm taking a digital painting course. I might kind of need a tablet for that one. If I do need a new one, I might just say "fuck it" and get a cintiq and be badass as hell...or I could get another intuos AND computer for less. xD
